We do not offer full returns for buyer's remorse. Returns for cash or credit card refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
Returned items need to be unused with original packaging. The return window is 30 days from purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Defective items are not covered by our return policy and we will always work with the manufacturer of the product to replace the item as fast as possible. Please let us know immediately if an item is defective or damaged in shipping so we can correct the mistake in a timely manner.
We are a small shop and inventory management takes up a large portion of our time. Please respect our business by not abusing our return policy.
