 Loose single cured King salmon eggs with no coloring added. These are our grade A eggs cured with a salt based home cure that results in a tacky egg that milks well. These eggs are from mature fish harvested in October of 2023 and do not come from fish cleaning stations. These are premium eggs harvested from wier operations ensuring a quality egg.There are cheaper options out there, but these are harvested and cured by the best in the business. They are suitable for tying spawn bags or boiling for single eggs. No Thursday-Saturday ship dates for some locations. These eggs will be good in the fridge for weeks or in the freezer for up to a year.It is recommended that you freeze in small quantities except for what you are going to use in the near future.
