Shipping and Return Policy

What happens after you place an order with Superior Outfitters? Read below

 

We are FAST!

    Orders typically ship within one business day and tracking information will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout when your order ships.When an order is placed during business hours it often ships within minutes.  If you have made a mistake or need to make an addition please email us at shop@superioroutfitter.com as soon as you can so we can correct the order before it goes out in the afternoon. 

 

 RETURN POLICY

Superior Outfitters accepts returns in store or by mail. The following return policy does not apply to defective or damaged items or egg products (unless damaged). 

Returned items need to be unused with original packaging. The return window is 30 days from purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Refunds will be issued and posted within 14 days. 

Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and the shipping carrier is the buyer's choice, but must be a service with tracking. 

Defective items are not covered by our return policy and we will always work with the manufacturer of the product to replace the item as fast as possible. Please let us know immediately if an item is defective or damaged in shipping so we can correct the mistake in a timely manner. 

We are a small shop and inventory management takes up a large portion of our time. Please respect our business by not abusing our return policy. 

Exchanges

We will ship the exchange to you at no cost after the original item has been returned. 

 

Salmon Egg Products

Egg products will ship with a fixed rate and we will refund the difference to you if there is one. If you need the item by a specific date it would be wise to select one of our expedited shipping options as free shipping may be a slower service. Please keep in mind that egg orders for some locations will only ship Monday-Wednesday so the eggs do not sit in the mail.
